Andy Garner conducted his first auction at the age of 3. He'd climbed on trailers handing things to auctioneers. He'd studied the chant. He decided he'd been to enough auctions with his dad that he was ready to sell! His parents heard the excitement and went to his room where they found him with all his toys on his bed auctioning them off to an audience only he could see.
After completing his Bachelors degree in Animal Science at Texas A&M University Andy begin pursuing the auction bug for real. He obtained his Associate Auctioneer license in 2000 and received his full Auctioneer license in 2001.
Andy has sold all over the state of Texas and his energy is contagious and buyers get into the excitement of the sale. Whether he's selling farm equipment or fine antiques, his knowledge and experience help buyers know the value of what they are bidding on insuring sellers get top dollar.
Much of Andy's free time is devoted to the growth and development of young men through the Boy Scouts of America. Andy has served as a Cubmaster, Den Leader, Assistant Scoutmaster, Venture Crew assistant, and District Training Co-Chair. Whether teaching archery to 150 boys a day at cub scout day camp, trekking the Ozarks with the Venture Crew, or leading weekly meetings, Andy is keen on insuring boys learn to enjoy the adventures of life while becoming responsible and trustworthy leaders. Andy is a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, scouting's honor society.
